Trials and first billing
WeeklyPlanner currently supports a trial period before paid access is required.
Paid billing begins only after a successful checkout through Creem.
Cancellation
You can cancel an active subscription from the subscription management page.
Cancellation is intended to stop future renewals. Access may remain active until the current paid period ends, depending on the status returned by Creem.
Refund requests
Refund handling may depend on the final commercial policy, applicable law, and payment processor requirements at the time of purchase.
If you believe you were charged in error, keep the payment confirmation and contact support for manual review.
Policy changes
As billing operations move from development and sandbox testing to production, this page may be updated to reflect the final launch policy.
